• What is the size of the unit?

  • Approximately 2" long and ½" diameter.
• What is the case made of?
  • Chrome covered metal
• Is the unit water proof?
  • No, but it is water resistant
• Is the unit MAC friendly?
  • The software comes in two parts. Part 1 containing the forms to be filled out will only work on a Windows computer. Part 2 which is read by the Medical Personnel can be read on any computer.
• Is the software printable?
  • The only part that is printable is Part 2.
• Does the software install on the computer?
  • No. The software stays installed on the unit.
• How big is the memory of the unit?
  • It is 128mb. The software program is approximately 3mb, which leaves 125mb on the drive so you can add medical or personal documents that would be needed for emergency reasons.
• Can two people use the same unit?
  • No. The unit was made for only one person. In case of a medical emergency, a person may be alone when the information is needed.
